Hosting: get your code

Start

1. Jump into any match

Open Play, pick a callsign and press JOIN BATTLE. Invites come from a game that is already running, so start first and invite second.

2. Choose INVITE FRIENDS

Open the in-game menu (ESC) and pick INVITE FRIENDS. The game generates a room code and a ready-to-send link for you.

3. Copy and send

Hit copy and you get "Copied — send it to a friend". Drop it in Discord, a DM or a group chat. The link is the easy one: one click and they are in.

Fly

4. Keep flying

Resume and keep mining while they load. When they arrive they are in your room and on your team, so their shots pass through you and yours through them.

Joining: got a code from a friend?

» Got a link? Just open it. You pick a callsign and spawn in their game.
» Got a code? Open Play, press JOIN FRIEND on the main menu and paste the code or the link into the box.
» Codes are case-sensitive, so paste rather than retype. A mistyped one tells you to check the code with your friend.
» Already in a match? Joining asks first, because you will leave your current game.
» If their room cannot take you, you are dropped into a fresh match instead of a dead screen. Ask for a new code and try again.

What to do once you are paired

Escort — one of you carries the haul, the other covers the run to the bank.
Convoy — move as a pack through contested space and bank together.
Ambush — set a two-ship trap at a choke point.
Domination — hold every zone as a team.
Fleet — what a full room of pilots feels like.
Callsign — pick the name your friend will see over your ship.
